How can I place an order?

Choose the service you need, add it to the cart, and complete checkout. You’ll be able to provide project details in the form.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. Each service includes at least one round of revisions. Extra revisions are available for an additional fee.

In what format will I receive my files?

We deliver files in formats that are suitable for project. The most popular format is PDF.

Source files (AI, PSD, Figma etc.) can be provided on request.

Do you offer custom service bundles?

Absolutely. Tell us what you need, and we’ll prepare a tailored package for you.

How do payments work?

Payment is made upfront through our website. We accept credit cards and popular online payment methods.

You can also order a standard invoice to be paid by wire transfer.

Do you provide rush delivery?

If you need a project faster than our standard times, contact us before ordering. We can usually arrange an express option for an added fee.

Do you also handle printing for business cards?

We don’t print directly, but we'll prepare print-ready files for you.

For Polish cutomers, we can communicate directly with our recommended print company and order printing for you.
